Frequently Asked Questions

You can compare two or more of your photos (up to a maximum of ten) to find out which photo is the most popular. Users will be shown two photos at a time from your test and asked which they like the best. The photos are then ordered to reflect the average opinions.

One way to use a comparison test is to help you choose between different design options for the same tree. You could photograph the tree with several different fronts, different angles, different pots, different stands, or use photo editing software to simulate removing branches, adding branches, etc.

Another way to use a comparison test is to find out which of your bonsai is the most popular, as you might want to choose your best trees for exhibition

If you just compare two photos, the results page will indicate the number of users who preferred each photo.

If you compare three or more photos, the results page will order the photos by popularity. You will get accurate results much quicker if you compare a smaller number of photos. Rather than attempting to compare ten photos, try comparing two groups of five then taking the winning two and comparing them.
